No mention of Holding’s bill as far as I can see. It might get introduced in the House in the next few days; or in the period after the election. Or presumably it may be introduced next year, which I understood (rightly or wrongly) was the intention when the “long long list” was compiled.
Surely it would be better, for USCs wanting to be in compliance, for the bill to take longer, if that results in a bill without disastrous unintentional consequences and with more chance of getting a significant degree of bipartisan support in both House and Senate.
