Help these two women, captured in a nightmare for having the audacity to leave the USA at five years of age and thinking they could live happily ever after in Canada, only to be betrayed by both countries!

Does five years of innocence deserve a life of being hounded by Uncle Sam with threats of fines and imprisonment? Should any US person who lives outside of the USA be threatened like these two five year olds are?

As you all know, we will soon be hitting crunch time for our legal bill, that comes due on November 1st. I know many of you feel that you would like to be able to do more, along with digging into your pockets for your hard earned cash.

Après un long délai causé par les difficultés de recrutement de bénévoles francophones au début de notre démarche, nous avons finalement notre site internet ADSC en français !

Je dois remercier les bénévoles qui ont gracieusement offert leur contribution : vin-de-table, Shadow Raider et, plus particulièrement, Living to Renounce, qui a apporté toutes les modifications finales suite au remaniement du site anglophone, et qui s’est assurée de l’exactitude de la traduction par un correcteur d’épreuves.

Si vous avez des questions ou commentaires à nous formuler en français, vous pouvez les publier ici et nous tenterons d’y répondre.

Hello Brockers,

After a long delay, due to the difficulty of finding Francophone volunteers back when we started this endeavour, we finally have a French ADSC website! I must thank the volunteers who came forward: vin-de-table,  Shadow Raider and most especially Living to Renounce, who made all the final changes after the English website was rewritten and had a proofreader go over it afterwards for accuracy.

If you have questions or comments in french you can make them on this post and we will try to answer.

We hope that this site will now be able to make the issue better known in Quebec and the rest of Francophone Canada. Please check it out here:

Brockers, we have had very little luck in finding Francophone volunteers to translate the Alliance For the Defence of Canadian Sovereignty website for us.

This is principally because FATCA is unknown in Quebec. And, it will never be known in Quebec, if we cannot get the website translated. This is the quintessential ‘Catch-22’ situation!

We have had a few leads, but each of them have fizzled out for one reason or another. Please, if anyone is fluent in French (Quebecois), message me on this post and I will contact you. I have word files all ready to go. The task could even be divided up between a few people, so as to keep the task more manageable for each person.

Please take a moment to look over the site and get a good idea of what you will be undertaking before you volunteer.

We got an anonymous tip in our ADCS-ADSC.ca email letting us know that we have made it to the big time.

Go to the Wikipedia page about FATCA and scroll down to “Opposition” – we are listed just under the entry about James Bopp, superlawyer.

There is a link to our website there. Thank you anonymous tipper and thank you anonymous editor in Wikipedia who added us.

The Isaac Brock Society and Maple Sandbox are also listed 🙂

I asked Beach Metro News to publish our ADCS press release, but they said it was against policy. However, the editor told me that if I was to write a Letter to the Editor, it would go into the next edition of the paper. Sure enough, he featured it prominently on page 6 with a headline he added that couldn’t be better. Perhaps our gang could go make some comments 🙂

U.S. offices abroad reported that 1,001 U.S. citizens and green-card holders had renounced their allegiance in the first three months of the year, according to Andrew Mitchel, a lawyer in Centerbrook, Conn., who analyzes Treasury Department data. That figure puts 2014 on track to top last year’s total of 2,999 renunciations, he said, which was the most since the government began disclosing the data.”
