The message is clear. People do NOT want the U.S. government to have access to their data. Since 2001, the United States of America has been lowering standards for privacy and human rights throughout the world. But, they are only beginning. As Uncle Carl Levin points out, FATCA should be used to provide information to all (including even the IRS) U.S. government agencies.
