There are millions of Russian citizens living in the USA and Israel. If we boycott them all they would have to do id pass citizenship based taxation along with the two great powers of The USA and Eritrea who collect taxes from their Expats. Oh you never heard of Eritrea. How about the USA–heard of that one? Well Russia would make three. Two great and one you never heard of.
