Hi folks! I just picked up the flyers and brochure from the printer today!
I had 500 printed up for now. If anyone would like to contribute to the printing fund, please email me directly. You can get my email from Pacifica. I need funds to cover this run and future runs, if people want more printed. If anyone would like me to snail mail some of these existing ones out to them, please contribute toward mailing costs and let me know how many and where to mail to. Any amount will help!
I envision these being handed out to people in bundles of three, as pictured, either on the street during a protest, or door to door when obtaining signatures on the printed petitions for Ted Tsu. I think these should allow people to understand faster than any amount of verbal discussion can. Nothing like a good visual to get people to sit up and take notice!

It is really worth doing this fight. Today I was on a blog with so much hostility and very few people who could understand FATCA. but I just got a reply on one of my comments from a dual Cdn granny who came to Canada at age 7….I suggested she come to IBS and get information. not even sign in or comment. I am sure we have a lot of those. For my post I had one recommendation and 430 views…Someone did get to know what FATCA is…maybe more.

Gwen, the large sheet is now posted at our local gas station on the Reserve. It gets around 500 customers per day. I highlighted the contact websites at the bottom. The word is getting out!
@Gwen, I would like to hit various neighbourhoods here in Ottawa with the FATCA fact sheet flyers. I think it would be too much to hand out 3 separate pieces of paper per household, so will just limit my distribution to the fact sheets for now, and maybe keep a few of the other brochures on hand for anyone specifically seeking more info. I happen to have a lot of fatca fact sheets left over from the last protest, except they are missing the graphic work, so are not as pretty, so would like to have some of the glossier fact sheets on hand as well.
@All, Should we try to organize a mass distribution by city of the fact sheets? Perhaps we can get several volunteers per city who can divide up the areas to hit between them. Any thoughts on how to attack this?
