The ‘self fulfilling prophecy’ that there is ‘no such thing as an ordinary Swiss bank account’. I think Carl Levin has early dementia, which can effect cognitive functions such as thought, judgment, or knowledge. Or, he’s spent way too much time as a career barnacle.

I like best of all his third reason that people have swiss bank accounts:

That’s why I have my Swiss bank account. Had my Swiss bank account. Until UBS said they were shutting down my account because I was living in Canada.
