Copied to me from Just Me:
Well guys. James has been working late, and just posted this at 1:25a. He has now produced a trilogy on FATCA /citizenship taxation issues…here, here and here. I think he may have developed our passion for the subject now. This has definitely started a conversation and a debate, and anyway you look at it, it has to be good.
The Fatca Chronicles: Tales From China, Canada, and Estonia
I have just tweeted this below, and will be working on another mass email to my entire reporter email list to see if I can get some of them to pay attention and do some actual reporting in the MSM.
I think, that for all my meager efforts to date, this one with James Fallows has been the most productive, (not that the Amy Feldman piece wasn’t appreciated) and it is being tweeted and re-tweeted quite a lot. I am learning that the ability to see how your message is spreading is one of the BIG benefits of tweets over regular email, as email just goes into the ether and you never ever know if it hit a receptive recipient, or just died in email heaven.
The Fallows FATCA Chronicles continues: Tales From China, Canada, and Estonia. bit..ly/sYYMgy. Well done James!
Cheers
