Hey folks, this is hot off the Press Secrectary Jay Carney who said that Obama believes that the circumstances of one’s birth should not determine a person’s destiny.
He said this today during a press conference. Can anyone dig up a video or a transcript?

America is not a place where chance of birth or circumstance should decide our destiny. And that is why we need to build new ladders of opportunity into the middle class for all who are willing to climb them.
Here you go. Probably not the context you are hoping for. There are whole websites devoted to the issue of Abama’s citizenship and if he’s even legally allowed to be president. The context here is more like being born on the wrong side of the tracks.
