Liberty and justice for all United States persons abroad

ACA Article About Threats to Overseas Voting in Arizona, Arizona v. Gonzalez goes to Supreme Court.

This just out from the ACA in their email newsletter.  It seems that Arizona is rejecting some Federal Post Card Applications where information required by the state cannot be provided.

Pushback on New Threat to Overseas Voting

As I say time and time again, the fact that some Americans abroad cannot vote, coupled with the failure to count us in the Census means that Congress is not proportionally constituted as Article 1, Section 2 USCONST provides and hence Congress has no mandate to legislate against us.   This is in addition to the arguments of discrimination based in federal anti-discrimination laws, the US Constitution, the UDHR, regional charters such as in the EU, as well as many of the constitutions of the countries in which we live and often hold citizenship.
