@ Conf-h, I made the change, but I think it was unnecessary. It is true that the US governmental authorities, being very slow on the up take don’t understand metaphorical use of language, but I do. And your usage was clearly metaphorical. So I made the change, and made sure that it was clear that the change was at your request.
