Actually, as I believe I had said before at least once on IBS when we were at .com, Obama regained his Kenyan citizenship after the new Kenyan constitution was voted in 2010.   All he has to do is register at a Kenyan consulate, no naturalisation procedure would be required, and he could have a passport.
